Thank you for shopping at rushoranow. Here you will find everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship to addresses within Germany only. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to other countries at this time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Cost: free of charge
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

INSURED EXPRESS SHIPPING
Cost: 2.95 EUR
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is insured during transport, giving you extra peace of mind for every order.

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

PRICES AND TAXES

All prices in our store are shown in euros and include the statutory German value added tax. Since we only deliver within Germany, there are no customs duties or additional import charges.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times begin once your order has been placed and paid for.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order has left us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel at any time.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at info@rushoranow.com with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee any changes.

DELAYS

In rare cases, delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@rushoranow.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We will take care of the matter with the carrier and make sure you receive a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
