RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love every piece you order from rushoranow. If something is not quite right, you can return it easily. As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

TIPS BEFORE YOU ORDER

FINDING THE RIGHT SIZE
Please check the size information on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, send us a message at info@rushoranow.com and we will gladly help you.

TRYING ON YOUR ITEMS
Try your new pieces on in a clean environment and leave all labels and tags attached until you are sure you want to keep them. This keeps your return simple if something does not fit.

KEEPING THE PACKAGING
Keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep your order. It makes sending items back much easier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or a third party named by you take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. As our standard shipping is free, the 2.95 EUR surcharge for insured express shipping is not refunded.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your personal specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery, such as earrings in sealed packaging.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

1. Send us an email at info@rushoranow.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and everything you need for the next steps.
3. Pack your items securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.
4. Please send each order back separately.

Returns are usually processed within 3 to 6 business days after they arrive with us. Once your return has been checked, we will confirm by email and issue your refund.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To make your return as smooth as possible, please send items back unworn, unwashed and with all labels and tags still attached.

EXCHANGES

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Simply contact us at info@rushoranow.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. If it is available, we will arrange the exchange for you.

STORE CREDIT

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is always optional and never replaces your statutory right to a refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible at info@rushoranow.com with a short description and a photo. We will take care of it quickly and cover the return costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

MISSING REFUND

If you have not received your refund within the time stated above, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If it still has not arrived, contact us at info@rushoranow.com and we will look into it right away.
